A fleet of GreenTech Automotive's MyCar are on display at Qatar Sustainability Expo
A fleet of GreenTech Automotive’s environmentally friendly MyCars were purchased by the Qatar MICE Development Institute (QMDI) for use at Qatar Sustainability Expo on Saturday. Terry McAuliffe, chairman of GreenTech Automotive and one of America’s foremost political leaders, brought in the all-electric cars to be part of a green carpool used by the presidency of COP18/CMP8 Doha.
The energy-efficient cars were produced by GreenTech Automotive, which looks to make cars not only green but affordable as well.
They were displayed at the Expo, which is being held at Doha Exhibition Centre, from 11am to 9pm until December 7.
According to McAuliffe, the cars are another step towards a greener economy. “We have a responsibility to our customers and to our planet to conserve our precious natural resources and to leave this world a better place for future generations,” said Terry McAuliffe, who is also the former Democratic National Committee chairman and is running for governor of Virginia. “Green jobs are jobs of the 21st century. We’ve gotta be in the future.”
