Chuck Mulder - Procurement Manager

Charles M. Mulder (Chuck), GreenTech Automotive's Global Procurement Manager, is a proven results-driven senior Procurement and Financial leader providing over 35 years of accomplishments in the automotive, aluminum/metals, franchise, and paper industries. Mr. Mulder's expertise spans technical and global procurement, supply and finance strategies, organizational infrastructure development, new product development and launches, supplier turnarounds, OEM and service supply chain optimization, and Value Analysis/Value Engineering product design oversight. Mr. Mulder is a savvy procurement leader recognized for negotiating win-win deals with suppliers, facilitating long-term strategic relationships, and serving as a trusted partner to suppliers and internal stake holders alike.

Prior to joining GreenTech, Mr. Mulder was a Purchasing Manager for Ford Motor Company where he was recognized for developing processes for Strategic Sourcing, Total Cost Management, warranty and field actions, auto materials, negotiating contracts ranging from $25,000 to $750 million, and establishing new buyer training programs (having trained more than 150 professionals). Mr. Mulder additionally oversaw the development of the Raw Materials Department within the Ford Purchasing organization, along with managing numerous commodity buys. Mr. Mulder was Instrumental in generating over $100 million in cost improvements during his Ford career.

Mr. Mulder holds a Masters of Business degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business degree from Eastern Michigan University. Mr. Mulder is a member of numerous automotive and recreational organizations, and holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
